Due to ongoing changes to government restrictions, we understand how hard it can be to plan into the future with confidence.

For this reason, if there is a government directive that disrupts your Coastrek Event Day we have several alternatives including a credit option. Click here to find out more.

If Covid restrictions prevent us from holding a mass gathering event on the 2023 dates, and you choose not to undertake the event as an independent team Coastrek in your local area, we will also be offering the option of credits for a future Coastrek event valid for 24 months from the original event date. This doesn’t void other terms and conditions and will only be available if we are unable to host an in-person Coastrek Event Day.
