I am having trouble downloading the map. How do I access Maps.me?

Maps.me is fabulous once downloaded. It can, however, be very temperamental and downloads can vary dependent on the type of smart phone you have and is often also affected by the browser you are using.

You can find instructions for how to download Maps.me for your location on the Events page of our website. Go to https://www.coastrek.com.au/ , select your event and there will be a tab called Event Map. 

Other tips that may help you are:

• When you download the route (from our website), make sure maps.me isn't open in the background of your phone.
• Try a different browser. E.g. safari or chrome.
• Delete the app and try again if it doesn't work.

On the website, there is also the option for a downloadable and printable map if you prefer.
