Your team captain will initially register your team. There are two payment options:
1. The Team Captain pays for all members at the time of registering.
This is by far the easiest way to complete your registration and you can sort it out internally at your first training session. All members will then receive the rate applicable at the time of registration.
2. Team Captain sets up the team and pays for herself only.
Other team members must respond to their invitation to join the team, complete their registration and pay. The amount payable is dependent on the time of payment (ie. within the VIP pre-sale, or early bird windows) and not when the person was first registered. Sorry - no exceptions!
Team members have 14 days to make payment or (as per our Terms and Conditions) trekker registration will be charged to the TC's credit card.
