Your Team Captain will initially register your team. There are two payment options:
1. The Team Captain pays for all members at the time of registering.
This is by far the easiest way to complete your registration and you can sort it out internally at your first training session. All members will then receive the rate applicable at the time of registration.
After the Team Captain enters the team, team members will receive an email to complete their individual registration. To appear on the team page, members must click on the link to complete their rego (This will take 2-3 minutes only) although will not need to complete the payment page.
2. Team Captain sets up the team and pays for themself only.
After the Team Captain enters the team, team members will receive an email to complete their individual registration. To appear on the team page, members must click on the link to complete their rego and make payment. This takes 2-3 minutes (and not a wink more, promise!)
The amount payable is dependent on the time of payment (i.e. within the VIP or Early Bird windows) and not when the person was first registered, so make sure you complete your registration and pay within the discount window to save!
Team members have 14 days to make payment or trekker registration will be charged to the Team Captain's credit card as per our Terms and Conditions.
