Your Team Captain will initially register your team. There are two payment options:
1. The Team Captain pays for all team members at the time of registering the team (minimum team size of 2):
This is by far the easiest way to complete your registration, and you can sort it out internally at your first training session or group chat. All members will then receive the rate applicable at the time of registration.
After the Team Captain enters the team, team members will receive an email to complete their individual registration. To appear on the team page, members must click on the link in the email to complete their individual rego (this will only take 2-3 minutes) and they will not need to complete payment details.
2. Team Captain sets up their Coastrek Team of 2 and pays for themself and one additional team member:
After the Team Captain enters their team and pays for themselves and one additional team member, they can then invite more team members to join the team.
To join the team and appear on the team page, members must click the joining link, complete their individual rego and make payment. This takes 2-3 minutes (and not a wink more, promise!)
Team members invited to join the team are not officially registered as part of the team until they complete their individual registration and pay their registration fee.
The amount payable is dependent on the time of payment (i.e. within the VIP or Early Bird windows) and not when the person was first registered, so make sure you complete your registration and pay within the discount window to save!
Once complete, they will appear on your team fundraising page marked as paid and you’re ready to roll!
