Can I get a refund if I withdraw from the event? Are registration fees refundable?

As per our T&C’s our registration fees are non-refundable, as many of the costs and fees are preparatory and are incurred from before you register to prior to the event actually commencing.

Registration fees are neither fully nor partially refundable. 

If you do, sadly, need to withdraw from a team, your registration fee can be rolled over to the new member who replaces you. The withdrawing member's fundraising will also roll over to the team total.

Due to ongoing changes to government restrictions, we understand how hard it can be to plan into the future with confidence.

For this reason, if there are changes to our ability to hold an actual event on the dates listed for 2022 due to Covid restrictions only and you choose not to undertake the event virtually, we will also be offering the option of credits for a future Coastrek event valid for 24 months from the original event date.

This does not void other terms and conditions and will be only available if we are unable to hold an in-person Coastrek Event Day.
