Can men take part in Coastrek?

Absolutely! Coastrek was originally created by Wild Women On Top with the goal of championing women to get outdoors moving in nature and falling in love with better health and fitness. Whilst we remain committed to this core purpose, everyone is welcome to participate in Coastrek and we couldn’t be more delighted to see increasing numbers of men, including workplace teams, hiking alongside our community of wild women.
