My captain has registered me but I didn't receive my invitation. I am not appearing on my team page.

Once your Team Captain enters the team and name and email address of all trekkers, the remaining three members will receive an email with a link to complete rego. Please click on it and take a few minutes (and not a wink more, promise!) to complete your rego (health, waiver and contacts). You will then appear on your team page and be able to let your friends and family know how darn amazing you are for taking the Coastrek challenge.

If you or your team members did not receive their team invitation or are not appearing on your team page:

• Ask your Team Captain to check that the correct email address was entered (they can log in to their dashboard and go to My Team on the left-hand navigation bar, edit and update if necessary). The email invite can then be re-sent.

Check your junk/spam folder. Emails sometimes land in junk, especially with business email addresses, depending on filters that have been set up.
