How many teammates do I need for 2025 events?

Coastrek is, and always will be, a team event – it’s safer, it keeps you motivated, and it’s way more fun – we’ve just made it easier for you to form a team and take part!

• Teams of 2 keen to hike as a duo? No problem! Two is the new magic minimum number for Coastrek. All you need is one teammate so you can register as a team of 2 and you’re all set.  Plus, you have the option to add more team members to join you for the adventure…
• Three, four or more! If you’re used to hiking as a team of four (looking at all you experienced return trekkers 😊) – keep doing it!  The only change is, now you have the option to expand your team or cater for odd numbers. So grab that extra friend (or friends) who’ve been saying they’d do it for years and sign them up!
• Get a crew together: If your work colleagues, local sporting team or community group want to get involved, now you can sign up and hike together. Train, fundraise and turn up in numbers on Event Day!  Matching outfits optional – and encouraged 😉
