You will be able to upload the details of your participation in the 'My Fitness Activity’ block on your dashboard.
You can log your activity in two ways:
Using the Fitbit or Strava app on your phone. Download the app from the app store and set up an account. Then, in the ‘CONNECT YOUR PREFERRED FITNESS APP’ block on your dashboard, select your fitness app icon you have downloaded and login with your account.
Manually add your steps if you use a different app.
Once you have connected your preferred fitness app, you will need to start or track your workout using the app on your smartphone. When you finish, save your workout and this will be added on your Fitness Activity page (please allow 24hrs as your device needs to update).
Important note: If using Fitbit, daily steps are not automatically added, only those logged as exercise. If you are having issues, try adding your exercise manually.
