How can my support crew track our team on event day?

The very handy SportSplits Tracker App helps support crew, friends and family follow your progress on event day.

They will be sent notifications when you cross the start line, upon arrival at luv stops and again at the finish line. They will be able to see estimated times however these can vary if the team / trekker stops or slows down.

It is super simple to access and use!

Step 1. On your smartphone download the SportSplits Tracker app via the Apple App store or Google Play Store.

Step 2. In the search bar type Coastrek and select your event e.g.  2024 Coastrek Margaret River

Step 3. Search participants by Team Name, Individual Name or Individual Bib Number.

Each trekker will have a unique bib number. To search bib #6017-1 remove dash and search 60171.

NOTE: Pressing ‘Connect Me’ to tracking app automatically links the app account to this participant profile. If you do not have an account, a new account will be created.

For those of you who prefer stealth mode, it’s all good – this is 100% optional. Don’t worry, this doesn’t affect any other part of your Event Day experience – the timing chip on your bib will still work and be tracked separately for safety purposes.
